Questions
Is RigRand a shop?
No. We compare prices from South African computer shops. When you click Buy, you go to that shop's website and pay them directly. Your order, delivery and warranty are with the shop.
How often are prices updated?
We check every shop a few times a day. Each price shows when we last checked it. Prices can change at any time, so always check the price on the shop's page before you pay.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
Prices include VAT, as shown on the shop's site. Delivery is not included: each shop charges its own delivery, so buying from fewer shops usually saves on delivery.
How does the compatibility check work?
We read the socket, memory type, size and power of each part and warn you when parts won't work together, like a DDR4 kit on a DDR5 motherboard. It is a helpful check, not a guarantee: confirm with the shop if you are unsure.
Why isn't my favourite shop here?
We add shops whose prices we can read reliably. Shops can send us a product feed for free. See the page for shops.
